How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix flour and sugar. Pour in beer and mix well. Batter will be slightly stiff. Put into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Serve warm.
  • Note: Unsifted flour gives a chewier texture. Well-sifted flour gives and more cake-like texture.
