Leek And Cauliflower Puff

- all-purpose flour on work surface shopping list
- 3 sheets store-bought puff pastry, thawed (I used Borg’s puff pastry) shopping list
- 3 cups leeks jullienne shopping list
- 2 cups chop cauliflower shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh marjorom leaves shopping list
- sea salt and ground pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1 cup red cheddar shredded or break into small chunks shopping list
- 40 gms of unsalted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Prepare the filling: Fry the cauliflower in butter for 2 minutes, add leeks and fry till its soft. Add chopped majorom and dill and fry for another 5 to 7 mins. Turn off the heat and let cool. Add in shredded cheddar.
- Prepare crust: On a lightly floured work surface, cut all 3 sheets of pastry into four.
- Place the filling on one side of the pastry square and fold over and sealed all 4 corners with a fork.
- Bake for about 10 - 15 mins till the crust of the pubb is golden brown.
