How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Prepare the filling: Fry the cauliflower in butter for 2 minutes, add leeks and fry till its soft. Add chopped majorom and dill and fry for another 5 to 7 mins. Turn off the heat and let cool. Add in shredded cheddar.
  • Prepare crust: On a lightly floured work surface, cut all 3 sheets of pastry into four.
  • Place the filling on one side of the pastry square and fold over and sealed all 4 corners with a fork.
  • Bake for about 10 - 15 mins till the crust of the pubb is golden brown.
