How to make it

  • 1. Preheat the oven at 375°.
  • 2. Mix the mustard with the soya sauce, honey, the ginger and the oils
  • 3. Drop the mixture over the salmon, and cook from 7 to 12 minutes (it depends on your oven and how thick are the steaks). It has to tear really easily and the center has to stay raw.
  • 4. To serve, spread some roasted sesame, I recommend serving with sauteed bok choy.
