How to make it

  • Add butter to glass pan and microwave for 30 seconds to melt. Dredge filets through butter and place in pan. Squeeze lemon juice over top of filets and then slice and place on top. Slice up about 3-4 slices of red onion and separate placing on top of fish. Slice tomato and add on top of filets with onion and lemon. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve immediately. (Even better the next day warmed up in microwave)
