Tortellini Marinara Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook tortellini.
  • Meanwhile cook sausage and drain.
  • Stir in marinara, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  • Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 min.
  • Drain tortellini, stir into sauce mixture.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, let stand 5 min to melt cheese.
  • *Serve with salad and bread sticks!*
