How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 200c.
  • 2. Defrost pastry so it's flexible.
  • 3. Grate cheese.
  • 4. Spread vegemite on pastry.
  • 5. Sprinkle cheese over vegemite.
  • 6. Roll pastry into a log.
  • 7. Cut pastry about 2 1/2cm (1 in) after rolling.
  • 8. Lay out on greased tray.
  • 9. Cook for 15-25mins or till puffed and golden.
  • 10. ENJOY!!
