Puri for Pani Puri

- Maida or all purpose flour 1 cup shopping list
- Rava ( Sooji) 1 tbl spn shopping list
- oil shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Make a dough using soda (rather than water) to chapati consistency. If you want you can keep it aside for half an hour. Make small balls of the dough and roll it in to a chapati. You can use a katori to cut it in to small puri's. Or else you can make small balls and roll it into tiny puri's. Fry in very hot oil and store in airtight container when cool

- If you are using water to make the dough you can add 1/4tsp of baking soda
