Roasted Sausages, Peppers, And Potatoes

This is just full of flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage links ( love the maple syrup ones) shopping list
- 1 each red and yellow pepper cut into strips shopping list
- 1 T oil shopping list
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen seasoned oven fries (wedges) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 500
- Line 2 large baking sheets with foil
- Put sausage and peppers on one pan drizzle with oil and toss to coat
- Put potatoes in other pan
- Roast 10 min toss ingredients and roast 10 minutes more until peppers are cooked, sausage is done, and potatoes are browned
- Cut sausages into bite size pieces
- Toss together
- *Great for breakfast too!*
