Sesame Chicken

- 2 tbsp sesame oil shopping list
- 10 slices old ginger shopping list
- 4 chicken thighs (you can opt for the boney part of the chicken as well) shopping list
- 8 chinese red dates shopping list
- 2 cans beer or ginger ale shopping list
- 2 tbps sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tsp chicken stock granules shopping list
- Coriender leaves for garnishing shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in wok over medium fire. When warm, stri-fry 4 ginger slices for 15 sec. Add chicken & fry till golden brown for 10 mins. Dish up chicken & ginger, Set aside.
- Pour beer or ginger ale into a cooking pot. Add remaining ginger slices & red dates. Mix well. Turn fire to high.
- Add chicken, ginger slices & sesame oil. Stir & bring to boil. Once boiling, turn fire to low & allow to simmer for 30 mins.
- Season with chicken stock garnules. garnish with coriender leaves & serve with white rice.
