Indonesian-style Spicy Prawn

- 30ml cooking oil shopping list
- 2 x 30g sachets of instant Tom yam paste shopping list
- 500ml water shopping list
- 2 medium potatoes, wedged shopping list
- 500g medium unshelled prawns shopping list
- 1-2 tsp fish stock granules (in cube) shopping list
- 150g yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Stir-fry Tom Yam paste in hot oil for 2 mins.
- Add water & potato. Boil
- Cook & stir occasionally till potatoes are soft.
- Stir in prawns & fish stock. Cook till gravy is slightly thick. Stir in yogurt & bring to boil.
- Serve hot.
