Indonesian-style Spicy Prawn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 30ml cooking oil
  • 2 x 30g sachets of instant Tom Yam paste
  • 500ml water
  • 2 medium potatoes, wedged
  • 500g medium unshelled prawns
  • 1-2 tsp fish stock granules (in cube)
  • 150g yogurt

Directions
  1. Stir-fry Tom Yam paste in hot oil for 2 mins.
  2. Add water & potato. Boil
  3. Cook & stir occasionally till potatoes are soft.
  4. Stir in prawns & fish stock. Cook till gravy is slightly thick. Stir in yogurt & bring to boil.
  5. Serve hot.
