How to make it

  • 1. Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections
  • 2. In a small shallow bowl, combine butter, milk, soy sauce, hot sauce, egg. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then into flour mixture and again into butter mixture
  • 3. Place on greased baking sheet; bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

    I just made these and they are awesome!!! Instead of hot hot sauce I used cayenne pepper and honey and also put in onion pepper. We have finger food after church on Sunday.. Hope to have left overs to bring home Thanks for sharing... I give these a ten!!!!!
