Cheesy Zucchini Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine zucchini mushrooms and butter in a large skillet
  • Cook over med heat until tender, stir occasionally
  • Beat egg yolks
  • Add sour cream and flour stir till blended
  • Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into sour cream mixture
  • Layer half the zucchini, sour cream mix, bacon, and cheese in a 8x12
  • Repeat layers
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 325
  • This is great by itself or serve with noodles
