How to make it

  • Place first 5 ingredients in a large mxing bowl
  • With electric mixer, beat on medium speed until creamy ( abt 2 min)
  • Add sour cream, mix on low until just blended
  • Add 1 egg at a time, mixing on low, until just blended
  • Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla, almond extract
  • Pour into a greased and floured LARGE 10" tube or LARGE Bundt pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
  • Cool in pan on wire rack for about 10 minutes
  • Remove from pan, cool completely on a wire rack
  • Top with your favorite topping
