Apple Maple Bread Pudding

                    - 2 1/2 c. whole wheat bread cubes shopping list
- 1/2 c. diced, cored, peeled apples (I didn't peel mine) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup or maple-flavored pancake syrup shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. apple cider or apple juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Cut butter into tiny pieces.
- Toss bread cubes, apples, and butter together in a mixing bowl
- Whisk together rest of ingredients and pour over bread mixture. Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish
- Bake at 325° for 45 - 60 minutes until pudding is firm.
- Tasty if served warm with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream!
