How to make it

  • Cut peppers in half lengthwise
  • Remove seeds, stems, and center membrane
  • Mix cream cheese and chopped bacon together
  • Spoon in about 2t per pepper
  • Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick
  • Place on a broiler rack coated with nonstick spray
  • Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp
  • Serve immediately :)
