Recession Hot Dogs Recipe

How to make it

  • Place tomatoes, onions and sliced hot dogs in a saucepan and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
  • Bake cornbread (use your favorite recipe). Slice cornbread and serve with hot dog mixture poured over it.
  • This is better if hot dog mixture is allowed to sit for several hours and then reheated.
