Chicken Adobo

- 2lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs shopping list
- 1 yellow onion sliced thin shopping list
- 1 whole head of garlic, minced shopping list
- 4-5 white potatoes, scrubbed and cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 1 cup shoyu(soy sauce) shopping list
- 3/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/4c sugar shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a 6qt slow cooker
- Cook on low 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove bay leaf and discard
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
