I Can't Believe It's A Pie

- 1 cup skim milk shopping list
- Sweetener to equal 8 tsps sugar shopping list
- 4 Tbsps flour shopping list
- 2 tsps baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 to 4 Tbsps margarine shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract shopping list
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti squash pulp shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F deg.
- Place all ingredients except squash into blender; blend 3 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine blender contents with the spaghetti squash.
- Pour into a sprayed 9- to 10-inch pie plate. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool; garnish with a dollop of whipped topping to serve.
