- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Bring butter, water and salt to a rolling boil. In seperate bowl, mix in 1 cup flour very well (by hand).
- Breat in 1 egg at a time and beat well with a wooden spoon. Beat until eggs disapear.
- Drop by spoonfulls
- Bake at 400-425 until puffed and golden and they look dry, though the center will be soft.
- For the sweet potato curry, I put about a teaspoon full in the center and covered the top with more pastry.
