How to make it

  • Bring butter, water and salt to a rolling boil. In seperate bowl, mix in 1 cup flour very well (by hand).
  • Breat in 1 egg at a time and beat well with a wooden spoon. Beat until eggs disapear.
  • Drop by spoonfulls
  • Bake at 400-425 until puffed and golden and they look dry, though the center will be soft.
  • For the sweet potato curry, I put about a teaspoon full in the center and covered the top with more pastry.
