How to make it

  • Make sure to shift the flour and icing sugar into a bowl.
  • Add in egg, milk and butter and mix well.
  • Heat a pan with some butter. (Very little amount)
  • Pour a tbsp of mixture into the pan and swirl it to cover the entire pan. Add a little more if your pan is bigger.
  • Cook until brown and turn over and brown the other side.
  • In a plate, add your choice of fruit (banana) and scoop in 1-2 scoop of ice cream (sorbet) into the crepe.
  • Arrange and decorate.
  • TIP: Make sure the crepe is really thin for the crunchy effect. Swirl the pan as soon as the mixture is dropped into the pan.
