Fruit Crepe with Ice Cream

- 70g flour, shifted shopping list
- 25g icing sugar, shifted shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 150g milk/soy milk shopping list
- 15g melted butter shopping list
- A banana cut into slices shopping list
- Some ice cream/sorbet shopping list
How to make it
- Make sure to shift the flour and icing sugar into a bowl.
- Add in egg, milk and butter and mix well.
- Heat a pan with some butter. (Very little amount)
- Pour a tbsp of mixture into the pan and swirl it to cover the entire pan. Add a little more if your pan is bigger.
- Cook until brown and turn over and brown the other side.
- In a plate, add your choice of fruit (banana) and scoop in 1-2 scoop of ice cream (sorbet) into the crepe.
- Arrange and decorate.
- TIP: Make sure the crepe is really thin for the crunchy effect. Swirl the pan as soon as the mixture is dropped into the pan.
