Steak In A Hurry Recipe

• Last week I wanted a steak shopping list
• It was a rib-eye about an 1 " and 1/2 thick. shopping list
• I had the pan heated up and threw it in the pan after I salted and peppered it, also there was a little pam spray in saute pan shopping list
• I then decided I wanted potatoes and onions with it, I havent had this meal this year. shopping list
• I had 2 red potatoes about small to medium size. shopping list
• I took steak out of the pan and put it on a flat sheet pan wrapped the bottom and sides of steak in tin foil so it wouldnt let juices run off of sheet pan, the oven was on 425 degrees. shopping list
• I washed my potatoes and wrapped them in a damp paper towel and put in microwave for 4 minutes. shopping list
• While potatoes were cooking in microwave, I sliced onions and started frying them in the steak saute pan they were shopping list
• bowning nicely and the potatoes were ready, I cut the potatoes in big chunks and put them in with the onions and let them brown with the onions. shopping list
• I let them get some good brown color on them and I took the steak out. shopping list
• This is a hurry up situation that exists alot in restaurants. This steak was so juicy and a hot pink center, almost perfect. shopping list
