How to make it

  • Used a "grater" for all the veggies (a)
  • once finished grinding add (b)
  • Mix until you get a good bind and add more flour/breadcrumbs as needed
  • form patties gently and fry it in olive oil. It will take much longer than normal patties. Wait till you achieve the golden brown in this photo and be gentle when turning. I recommend making the patties small for easy handling.
  • I topped it later with veggie shredded cheese and it melted lovely on top :)
  • Everything else is obvious :D
