How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 230 C
  • Roll out your puff pastry on floured surface
  • Spread the cream cheese over the whole surface of the puff pastry
  • Fry your bacon pieces and scatter evenly over the cream cheese and puff pastry
  • Chop up the chives and also scatter evenly over the puff pastry
  • Now pre-cut the raw pastry into small squares (appetizer size) and place unto greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes untill puff pastry is cooked and puffed.
