How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 180C
  • Place your fish fillets in oven proof casserole dish and season with salt and pepper
  • Mix together your onion soup with your cream and pour over fish.
  • Cover with cheese and pop in oven for about 20-30minutes.

    I worked in a fishery for 6 years and I love new recipes for fish! Before Star Fisheries, I did not enjoy fish at all. I was awakened!
