How to make it

  • Mash potatoes with butter, milk, garlic, onion powder and pepper.
  • Place over low heat and stir cheese through until well incorporated.
  • Use in your favourite pierogy dough.

    I am going to make these soon. My sister-in-law makes homemade pierogies with her family and it is so hard to get more than a few from her. Between every 2-3 made they "sip" some wine. By the time they are done, only a dozen or so are made. :)
