Pierogy Filling

- 4-5 yukon gold potatoes, boiled until very tender and drained, hot shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- Splash milk shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp onion powder shopping list
- Coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated old cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mash potatoes with butter, milk, garlic, onion powder and pepper.
- Place over low heat and stir cheese through until well incorporated.
- Use in your favourite pierogy dough.
