Chicken Florentine Casserole

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked anyway you want and cubed shopping list
- 2 bags fresh spinach or 2 boxes frozen, thawed shopping list
- Shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- In a casserole dish, layer the spinach and cheese, with a thin layer of bread crumbs beteen them. Do this for about 3 or 4 layers.
- Put the chicken on top, sprinkle with bread crumbs, a little lemon juice and more cheese.
- Bake at 350* for 1 hour
