Pumpkin White Chocolate Drops

- 2 cups butter, softened shopping list
- 2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 can (16 ounces) solid pack pumpkin shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 4 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 bag (12oz) white chocolate baking chips shopping list
- 1 container (16oz) ready-to-spread cream cheese frosting shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat butter and granulated sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add pumpkin and eggs; beat until smooth.
- Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and baking soda; beat just until well blended.
- Stir in baking chips.
- Drop rounded teaspoons of dough 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets; bake 14 to 18 minutes or until set and bottoms are brown.
- Cool 1 minute on baking sheets; remove from baking sheets to wire rack to cool.
- Combine forstin and brown sugar in small bowl; spread on warm cookies.
