How to make it

  • 2. Cook the sausage meat until evenly brown and drain off excess fat.
  • 3. Mix the cream cheese with the sausage meat and add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to taste.
  • 4. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and cook.
