Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1/2 pound pork sausage shopping list
- 4 ounces of cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 8 ounce package of fresh mushrooms (or portabellini mushrooms) shopping list
- Dash of red pepper flakes, or dash of hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1-2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F or you can broil them for 2-3 minutes.
- 2. Cook the sausage meat until evenly brown and drain off excess fat.
- 3. Mix the cream cheese with the sausage meat and add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to taste.
- 4. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and cook.
