How to make it

  • Base:
  • 1 pkt crushed plain crushed plain biscuits, 250g melted butter...mix both together and push intoa lightly greased tin..
  • Filling:
  • 4 tsp gelatine disolved in 150mls hot water, next add a small tin of condense milk, stir and pour over base and refridgerate
  • Topping:
  • 4 tsp raspberry jelly crystals disolved in hot water...use any amount you prefer, the more jelly the stronger the flavour, allow to cool then pour over filling and refridgerate til set...Dig in!
