How to make it

  • Roll out puff pastry on a baking sheet.
  • Follow the instructions on the packet for baking
  • Fry the bacon until crispy
  • Once done let the baked pastry cool down
  • Spread the tub of Creme Fresh over the complete surface
  • Finely chop spring onions
  • Sprinkle spring onions and bacon over the pizza
  • Place back into the oven and grill the pizza for 3 - 4 minutes
  • (Tastes fantastic cold)
