Millet Florettes

- 1 entire head cauliflower shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups millet shopping list
- 4 1/2 cups of water shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- chopped parsley or flakes spice for taste shopping list
- sage powder to taste shopping list
- 1/2 garlic head shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups diced sun-dried or fresh tomatoes (whatever your choice) shopping list
- 2 cups chopped of bean curd (fake chicken style) shopping list
- 2 cups of ground up nut mix shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- oregano shopping list
- 1/3 of a cup of vegan thousand island dressing shopping list
- 1/3 of a cup of water shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- 1 cup of cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- 1)Boil on a low flame: (takes 20 minutes approx)
- 1 1/2 cups millet
- 4 1/2 cups of water
- 2)Steam on a very low flame and covered:
- 1 entire head cauliflower that has been cut into heads
- 3)Stir fry the following in order, keep adding.
- olive oil
- 2 cups chopped of bean curd (fake chicken style) 5 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups diced sun-dried or fresh tomatoes (whatever your choice) 3 minutes
- 2 cups of ground up nut mix 3 minutes
- 1/3 of a cup of vegan thousand island dressing 1 minute
- 1/3 of a cup of water 3 minutes
- oregano and sea salt 2 minutes
- add the cilantro stalks chopped up 2 minutes
- Make sure the cauliflower stays crunchy dont stream for long
- The Millet should be almost ready, gently add garlic powder, parsley and salt and mix gently, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve as follows:
- Millet in the center, topped with the nutty topping
- Cauliflower Florettes on the sides
- top it off with fresh cilantro leaves like in the photo
