Tuna Patties

This is a quick easy main dish that is easily rounded out with green peas and rice for a balanced supper. My grandmother used to do the same thing with salmon but my husband and children greatly prefer tuna.
Ingredients
- 6 tins flake tuna, packed in water or oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Drain tuna and place in a large bowl. Add eggs, crumbs, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
- Mix thoroughly with your hands and form into patties.
- Fry patties on griddle sprayed with nonstick spray until golden brown, turning once.
- Serve hot.
