How to make it

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and put into a large bowl.
  • In a large pan saute' vegetables in olive oil and then add the Turkey meat and then saute' a little more. Add tomatoes and seasonings and mix together well.
  • Cook for about 5-10 minutes to help mesh the flavors.
  • Add mixture to spaghetti in bowl and mix. Serve and enjoy.
  • NOTE: If mixture is a little dry you can add some diluted tomato juice or water. ALSO: I like to add chopped broccoli to the mixture just to add more vegetable texture.
