Maple-garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- fresh ground pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1 pork tenderloin one pound shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Put all ingredients in a baggie and marinate in fridge either minimum of 6 hours or overnight if possible.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 3. Place the marinated pork tenderloin in dish and cook for 45 minutes, covered with foil, and then remove foil for 15 minutes.
