Savory Beet Spread

- 1 can (16 ounces) beets, drained shopping list
- 3 canned anchovy fillets shopping list
- 2 tablespoons plain, fat-free yogurt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper shopping list
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion shopping list
How to make it
- Preparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes
- Preparation:
- Purée beets, anchovy fillets, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a food processor. Stir in feta cheese and green onion. Refrigerate until chilled.
