How to make it

  • 1. First lightly beat an egg.
  • 2. Then place the ingredients in the bread machine pan according to instructions.
  • 3. So I put all liquid items in first including the salt and the egg.
  • 4. Then the dry ingredients.
  • 5. Put the machine on dough setting.
  • 6. When the dough is finished place on a lightly greased surface and let rise for 1 hour.
  • 7. Then divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into smooth balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • 8. Flatten slightly, cover and let rise for 30-35 minutes.
  • 9. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Note For hot dog buns shape into rectangles roll up tightly and pinch edges and ends to seal. And let rise and bake the same as above.
