- boneless chicken-1 cup shopping list
- for marination shopping list
- turmeric powder-1 tea spoon shopping list
- chilly powder-11/2 tea spoon shopping list
- salt-as needed shopping list
- for gravy shopping list
- onion-sliced-icup shopping list
- tomato sliced-i cup shopping list
- ginger garlic paste-i teaspoon shopping list
- cashew nut-1/4 cup shopping list
- chilly powder-1 tea spoon shopping list
- coriander powder-1 teaspoon shopping list
- cardamom-4 or5 pods shopping list
- cinnamon stick-1 inch piece shopping list
- cloves-2 or3 shopping list
- butter-50gm shopping list
- milk cream-1/2 cup shopping list
- milk-2 tablespoon(optional) shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- coriander leaves-for garnishing shopping list
How to make it
- marinate chicken pieces .keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- saute well ginger garlic paste in oil till light brown.
- add sliced onion ,saute well till onions become transparent
- then add tomatoes saute well till the oil appear seperately.
- add cardamom, cinnmon cloves ,coriander powder and chilly powder saute well for 5 more minutes.
- add cashews.
- grind this after it is cool.
- add some cream to it ,mix well.
- fry chicken pieces
- to the fried chicken pieces add this ground paste .
- add salt .
- add some milk to this gravy if it is thick.boil it for some time
- add the butter to it.
- switch off the stove
- garnish with coriander leaves
