How to make it

  • marinate chicken pieces .keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • saute well ginger garlic paste in oil till light brown.
  • add sliced onion ,saute well till onions become transparent
  • then add tomatoes saute well till the oil appear seperately.
  • add cardamom, cinnmon cloves ,coriander powder and chilly powder saute well for 5 more minutes.
  • add cashews.
  • grind this after it is cool.
  • add some cream to it ,mix well.
  • fry chicken pieces
  • to the fried chicken pieces add this ground paste .
  • add salt .
  • add some milk to this gravy if it is thick.boil it for some time
  • add the butter to it.
  • switch off the stove
  • garnish with coriander leaves
