How to make it

  • Season chops with garlic powder,salt and pepper. In large ovenproof skillet,brown the chops in oil,3 to 5 mins a side or till golden.Mound half the stuffing on each chop,flatten slightly. Place pan in 350' oven and bake for 20-30 mins. depending on thickness of chops.
