  • Toss cauliflower with plum tomatoes,oil,garlic,cumin seed,tumeric,cayenne,salt,pepper to tase on baking sheet.
  • Roast in 450' oven about 25 mins. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped cilantro

    Yummo! Question: the cauliflower in the pic is yellowish -is it a different kind? I've never seen yellow cauliflower... maybe it's the lighting.
