White Chocolate & Vanilla Mousse

This is really yummy and I served it with White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Sticks. This is a very decadent mousse and great to serve at a party, you guests will love you forever.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
- 4 ounces white chocolate shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 box (4 ounce size)of vanilla instant pudding and pie filling shopping list
- 2 cups of frozen (thawed) whipped topping shopping list
- Topping of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Melt chocolate in microwave and add the 1 tablespoon milk and stir until blended.
- 2. Then in a bowl pour the pudding mix and add the 3/4 cup milk and mix until blended and then stir in the white chocolate and milk mixture and make sure it is blended together.
- 3. Fold in the whipped topping.
- 4. Spoon into individual serving dishes you can serve immediately or place in fridge until ready to eat and top with your choice of fresh berries, chocolate curls etc
