Squash And Apple Soup

- 2 red-fleshed squash(kiri,sunrise or butternut preferable) shopping list
- 10 fresh apples shopping list
- 2 qts. heavy cream shopping list
- 2 TB five-spice powder shopping list
- 4 oz. butter shopping list
How to make it
- Quarter and remove seeds from squash and apples. Roas,skin-side down with butter and half of the spices.
- Oven roast for 20 mins at 400'. Cool and remove skin from squash. Simmer apples,squash,cream and remaining spice in large sauce pot. Blend in food processor and season to taste
