How to make it

  • Quarter and remove seeds from squash and apples. Roas,skin-side down with butter and half of the spices.
  • Oven roast for 20 mins at 400'. Cool and remove skin from squash. Simmer apples,squash,cream and remaining spice in large sauce pot. Blend in food processor and season to taste
