How to make it

  • Cut meat from venison leg into 1/4" thick strips, trim off membranes
  • Mix Soy, Worcestershire and Hot Sauces
  • Mix meat strips and sauce mix in large bowl, refrigerate overnight
  • Place batches into dehydrator, run about 6 -8 hours
  • Allow each batch to cool and place in zip-loc bags
  • Will keep indefinitely , prepare to make a lot of friends.
