Easy Venison Jerky

- 1 leg of venison shopping list
- 2 cups soy sauce shopping list
- 1 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Cut meat from venison leg into 1/4" thick strips, trim off membranes
- Mix Soy, Worcestershire and Hot Sauces
- Mix meat strips and sauce mix in large bowl, refrigerate overnight
- Place batches into dehydrator, run about 6 -8 hours
- Allow each batch to cool and place in zip-loc bags
- Will keep indefinitely , prepare to make a lot of friends.
