How to make it

  • Saute garlic + kale in PAM until garlic is fragrant and kale begins to wilt.
  • Add water, syrup, vinegar and craisins.
  • Cover and cook 4 minutes.
  • Pour into a shallow dish, top with vegan Parmesan.
