Brandied Applesauce Muffins

I did this muffins because I love applesauce and I thought it would be great to make muffins and cover them with a delicate brandy sauce, so I hope you like it
Ingredients
- Muffins: shopping list
- 1 cup applesauce shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tbsp buttermilk shopping list
- 1tsp.ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- Glaçe: shopping list
- 1 cup powder sugar shopping list
- 2Tbsp. brandy shopping list
- 2Tbsp evaporated milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375f or 190c.
- Grease 20 muffin cups or line them with partchment paper
- Combine the brown sugar with applesauce
- add buttermilk
- add ground cinnamon
- add baking powder and flour
- Bake until golden brown and a wooden skewer or toothpick inserted in the middle of muffin comes out clean
- Remove from oven and cool
- Glaçe
- Combine the brandy with the powder sugar and the evaporated milk
- just add 1 tsp. of it to each muffin
- Add some white sugar sprinkles
