How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Melt 3 tbsp. of butter in a bowl
  • Pour into baking pan and spread it to cover the bottom
  • Arrange the pineapples and sprinkle the nuts over it
  • Place a cherry inside each slice of pineapple set aside
  • In a bowl mix coconut, brown sugar and 3 tbsp. of milk and pour over the pineapple set aside
  • Cream 1/3 cup of butter and gradually add 1 cup of sugar, blend in the eggs one by one then add the ¾ cup of milk in a thin stream while stirring.
  • Add flour, baking powder and salt and stir well
  • Pour batter over the pineapple and bake for 50 minute
  • *wait until it’s warm (not cooled) to turn over*
  • Enjoy!!
