Roasted Brussel Sprouts

- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, the end trimmed shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- 2. Placed trimmed brussels, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large reseable plastic bag.
- 3. Seal tightly and shake to coat.
- 4. Pour onto a baking sheet and place on center oven rack.
- 5. Roast in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes, reduce heat when necessary to prevent burning
