Best Grilled Cheese

Cheesy, gooey, spicy & crispy on the outside. How can you go wrong with melted cheese? I use an electric sandwich toaster for this but you could easily use a more traditional grilled cheese method.
Ingredients
- 4 Slices bread shopping list
- cream cheese shopping list
- cheddar cheese, Sliced shopping list
- swiss cheese, Sliced (optional) shopping list
- Spike seasoning shopping list
- Sliced pickled jalapenos shopping list
How to make it
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on two of the slices of bread. Sprinkle with Spike seasoning. Layer on the jalapenos, cheddar, and swiss, if using. Put the remaining slices of bread on top of the sandwiches and press down firmly. Spray the sandwich toaster or pan with cooking spray and heat until the outside its browned and the inside is melted.
