How to make it

  • Prepare the stuffing mix as directed on package and set aside. Mix together the soup (get rid of the big lumps), milk, and cheese. Place the chicken in a 13 X 9-inch pan (spray the pan lightly with oil if not non-stick) and top with the soup mixture. Spread the mushrooms on top of the soup mixture. Spoon the stuffing on top of the mushrooms. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes.
