  • 1. Pour hot boiling water over shrimp.
  • 2. Wash with vinegar and water.
  • 3. Sauté sliced seasonings in oil or butter
  • 4. Add curry and Shrimp
  • 5. Cook for 8 minutes.
  • 6. Add 1/3 cup water
  • 7. Season with salt & pepper
  • 8. Thicken with cornflour to make gravy.
  • 9. Cook for 8 minutes.
  • 10. Serve hot with white rice.
