Negrils Mango Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream together butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs, stir in dry ingredients, mangoes and lemon juice.
  • Pour into two 8-inch loaf pans.
  • Bake 350F for 1 hour until loaf tests done.
  • Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool thoroughly.
